It seems to me that it is human nature to be selfish, to be self-centered. Many think about themselves even before thinking about others. Even in many ways, people say they “push” others when in fact, they “pull”. To “push” is to help others improve, and to improve with or behind them. To “pull” is to improve yourself before helping others to improve.
In a team, all the members are definitely thinking of the same common goal. For example, in a sports group, everyone would aim to be champions. But how is the team able to clinch the championship title when everyone is thinking individualistically?
Isn’t it high time we all realize our mistakes? Isn’t it high time we should think for the benefit of the team instead of self? Fuck human nature, if we all want a certain goal bad enough I am fairly certain it is possible to put aside differences and help everyone to improve together as a team.
After all, what point is it to have everyone at sub par standard while there is only a couple powerhouses? A couple of powerhouses is surely unable to clinch a championship.
